Terms of Service for Lumora

Welcome to Lumora, the premier destination for spiritual development education for entrepreneurs, business owners, and directors. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our offerings at the domain lumorae.pro. By enrolling or purchasing, you accept these terms. Effective: January 1, 2026.

2. Enrollment and Delivery

For services, booking confirmation is sent within 24 hours of successful payment. Digital products are accessible via your account dashboard. Physical items ship within 5 business days.

3. Reimbursement Policy

3.1 Personal Services

You may request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of booking if no sessions have been attended. To request, contact us via our support form. Approved reimbursements are credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Unused sessions may be rescheduled without additional fees if you notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Once a session begins or materials are provided, reimbursements are unavailable.

3.2 Information Products

If you decide our digital course is not a fit, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days of first access provided you have not downloaded more than 20% of the content. Submit your request via the support form. After the window closes or the usage threshold is met, no reimbursements are available.

3.3 Physical Products

For items that arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Upon approval, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a reimbursement to your original payment method. For all other cases, items must be sent back unused, in original packaging, within 30 days. Buyers cover shipping back. Once received and inspected, eligible reimbursements are processed within 10 business days.

3.4 Non-Reimbursable Events

Certain retreats, workshops, and exclusive events are marked as non-reimbursable due to limited capacity. Notices of non-reimbursability appear clearly during registration. We encourage careful review before purchasing.

4. Schedule Changes and Postponements

If you need to postpone a service, please inform us at least 48 hours prior. We will work with you to find an alternative date within 6 months. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before an appointment incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price or forfeiture of that session.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, courses, and content are proprietary to Lumora. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms
